Terms of use
Telly Fixtures · Last updated: 6 November 2026
These terms cover your use of the Telly Fixtures app. By using it, you agree to them. Nothing here takes away your legal rights as a UK consumer.
Who we are
Telly Fixtures, Brunswick Park Road, London N11 1JH. Email: support@tellyfixtures.co.uk.
What the app is
Telly Fixtures lists sport on UK TV. It doesn't show the sport itself, and to watch you'll need your own access to the channel or streaming service. It's for your personal use, and it isn't connected with any broadcaster, league or competition.
Listings can change: check with the broadcaster
Fixtures, times and channels come from other organisations and can change at short notice, sometimes after our last update. We work hard to keep them right, but we can't promise that every listing is correct or complete. If it matters, check with the broadcaster, especially before paying for a channel or making plans around a game.
The free month
- You get 30 days of full access from the first time you open the app.
- You don't need a card, an email address or a sign-in.
- It's counted on your phone. The app reminds you a few days before it ends.
- When it ends, nothing is charged. The app moves to the free tier unless you choose to subscribe.
The free tier
- After the free month, or if a subscription ends, you can keep using the app for free for as long as you like.
- You get one sport, with all its competitions, for the current day only. Other sports and days are locked.
- You pick your sport when the free tier starts. A week later, the next time you open the app, you can keep it or pick another. If you dismiss the question, you keep the same sport. You can't change sport during the week.
- Reminders aren't included.
The subscription
- The price is £3.65 a year, including any VAT. It unlocks every sport, every listed day and reminders.
- You only subscribe if you choose to. You buy it through Google Play and pay with your Google account, so Google Play's own terms apply to the payment too.
- It renews automatically each year, and you can cancel it at any time. Google Play takes the payment at each renewal until you cancel. The renewal date is shown in the app's My account screen and in Google Play.
- If the price changes, you'll be told before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
- Your subscription belongs to your Google account. "Restore purchase" in the app brings it back on a new phone or after reinstalling.
Cancelling and refunds
- To cancel: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and choose Telly Fixtures. The app's My account screen also takes you there. Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
- After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of the year you've paid for. The app then moves to the free tier.
- Refunds go through the store. Google Play decides them under its refund policy, and cancelling doesn't by itself give you a refund.
- If you're stuck or something has gone wrong, email us and we'll help.
- UK law gives you rights that these terms don't take away, including the right to a remedy if the app is faulty and, in some cases, to cancel within 14 days of buying. Citizens Advice can explain them.
Promo codes
- From time to time, we have the right to issue promo codes for free periods of various lengths.
- When a free period ends, nothing is charged, and the app moves to the free tier unless you choose to subscribe.
- A code works on the phone you enter it on. It doesn't carry over to a new phone or a reinstall.
- Codes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and may have their own limits or end date, which we'll tell you when you get one. We can switch off a code that's been misused.
Using the app fairly
Please don't copy the listings in bulk, resell them, or try to get around the free tier or the subscription. We may withdraw access if someone does.
The app, its design and its name belong to us. The names of broadcasters, leagues and competitions belong to their owners, and we use them only to say what's on.
If something goes wrong
We're responsible for loss you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, such as a missed broadcast or money spent on a channel because a listing changed, or for problems outside our control, such as a broadcaster changing its schedule or a data source being unavailable.
Nothing here limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit, including your rights over faulty digital content.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms, for example to add sports or follow new rules. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you in the app beforehand. If you don't accept a change to the subscription, you can cancel it. If we ever had to close the app, we'd tell you as early as we could, and you'd get any refund you're entitled to.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the part of the UK where you live, and you can bring any claim in the courts there. If you have a problem, please email us first: most things can be sorted out quickly.
How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.
